Samantha Sherer, (C)OACCPP

In a rut? Try something new! Art therapy is a different way of looking at yourself & your life.
Through guided activities and discussion, I can help you figure out what needs to change and how to change it.  No art experience or skills required.  As an Expressive Arts Therapist and a Certified Counsellor, I help people struggling with Depression, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Low self-esteem and Divorce. With a little support, endings become beginnings!

I currently offer talk therapy, counseling and Arts-Based Psychotherapy to youth and adults in one-on-one, couples and groups.
