The Men's Project - The nature of Men and Masculinity

The Men's Project is the only treatment facility for male survivors of sexual abuse funded by the Attorney General's office in Ontario . The Men's Project has been in the forefront of providing innovative and much needed services to all men. We provide training on the impact of trauma on men, anger management, depression, emotional intelligence, the impact of divorce/separation, sexual orientation issues, sexuality abuse on gay or bisexual men and the nature of Men and Masculinity.

Vulnerable Intelligence for Men/Assertive Intelligence for Women

Why do men have difficulty expressing and listening to emotions? Why do women have difficulty expressing ideas among groups of men?
This one-hour interactive talk helps men and women together understand the role emotions play and how each learns to use them differently. Discovering the gift of the other opens each person up to healthy communication and better relationships.

What to Do When My Anger is Hurting my Partner

What is anger? Why do I experience it and, if it is okay to be angry, why does it make things worse in our relationship? This ½ day workshop provides each participant with an understanding of their own unique anger pattern. They will learn practical and effective strategies to address conflict in their life without hurting others or making problems worse. Workbooks are provided to participants for their own ongoing reflection and change.
