This ½ day workshop - which can be tailored to suit the needs of the organization - provides tools to handle workplace stressors including relaxation, self-calming, and effective communication. Participants will leave this workshop with practical and effective strategies to address stressful situation that occur daily. They will learn how stress is part of everyday life and how they can maintain a positive attitude toward workplaces challenges.

Mindfulness 101 for Business

This program introduces people in business to the concept of mindfulness, reviews the science behind mindfulness and suggests mindfulness as a change management strategy. The specific objectives of this talk are to define mindfulness, understand how mindfulness supports your work life/career, review the 5 keys to mindfulness communication in business and participate in a group mindfulness meditation exercise.
