What is stress? How can I calm the anxiety I feel about this conflict I’m trying to deal with? What can I do when anger gets in the way?
This ½ day workshop - which can be tailored to suit the needs of the organization - provides tools to handle workplace stressors including relaxation, self-calming, and effective communication. Participants will leave this workshop with practical and effective strategies to address stressful situation that occur daily. They will learn how stress is part of everyday life and how they can maintain a positive attitude toward workplaces challenges.
