IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION
In order to complete your application, please send the following to OACCPP:
- Completed application form
- Copies of undergraduate and graduate transcripts or degrees
- Up-to-date Resume or CV
- Payment in full
Documents can be sent to the OACCPP office by mail, email or fax. All documents must be received before applications can be processed.
Membership fees apply to the calendar year January through December 2012. For new applicants joining after July 1, 2012 the membership fee is halved.
A one-time administration fee of $45.00 is mandatory for new members only and includes a Membership Wall Certificate with OACCPP’s corporate seal suitable for framing

Masters Degree in Behavioural Sciences | $200 + $45 admin fee |
Recent Masters Degree or post-secondary diploma in Behavioural Sciences (psychology, counselling, education, social work) along with required experience from an accredited college or university. | $200 + $45 |
Students enrolled in a full time university course of study leading to a Masters degree in psychology or a related field such as education, counselling psychology or social work can become Student Members of OAACCPP | $115 + $45 |
Completely ceased employment or practice | $85 + $45 |
Submitting payment for your membership dues does not constitute acceptance of your membership.
Your payment will not be processed until your membership is approved.
