I have worked as a counsellor/therapist for over twenty years. We work together as a team. I believe that my clients come to see me in my office because they have a desire to improve their lives. I believe in brief therapy, if at all possible, and completing with the client, a "piece of work". They often return to therapy to work on another issue, or to re-visit the original issue. At times it can feel as if the problem has changed, and at times, it may just need to be discussed again, after some time has passed. Over the years I have become more interested in areas related to purpose and spirituality.
