ABOUT THE OACCPP

The Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists is an incorporated professional association formed in 1978 to represent providers of mental health services in the general areas of consulting, counselling, psychoeducational assessment and psychotherapy.

Membership categories include Certified Members, General Members, Affiliate Members, and Associate Members. For definitions of each of these membership categories, view our Membership Eligibility site.

OACCPP members work in a variety of settings which include clinics, hospitals, colleges, school boards, counselling and psychotherapy centres, municipal EAP's, business and industry. About 60% are in private practice.
